Flashings

Flashings are critical components installed at roof edges, joints, vents, and transitions to direct water away from vulnerable areas of the building envelope. As part of regular maintenance, flashings are inspected for damage, loosening, or corrosion to ensure they continue preventing water infiltration and protecting the roof and structural components.
